British American Tobacco is named as ‘Top Employer in Europe’ for sixth consecutive year

British American Tobacco is proud to announce that for the sixth consecutive year it has been certified as a Top Employer in Europe, this year reaching the Top 5 for the first time, by the Top Employers Institute.

The Top Employers Institute’s certification is only awarded to those companies that demonstrate the highest standards of employee offerings and who are leading the way in the development of their people.

BAT has been recognised, again, as a result of how the company nurtures and develops talent throughout all levels of the organisation, the exceptional employee conditions that it offers and its leadership status in the HR environment.
