Rainbow display shows we’re proud to B United

At BAT, we are proud of the role that B United, the BAT LGBT+ network, plays in helping to create A Better Tomorrow™ for all of our employees.

B United exemplifies BAT’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, with the network’s stated mission to "foster an environment in which lesbian, gay, bi, trans or questioning employees are comfortable being themselves, thus realising their full potential in their jobs."

To demonstrate BAT’s commitment to fostering an environment where all employees can thrive, each June we light up our London HQ in rainbow colours to celebrate Pride month.

In our video above, you can see how that looked this year, with the rainbow Pride flag also sitting proudly on top of the building.
