BAT’s Global Graduate Programme is well respected industry-wide, offering graduates a full-time role from day one and a chance to make an immediate impact on our business.

We aim to attract the brightest and best to BAT, offering world-class development and training to grads as they set off on their career journeys.

Whether joining the BAT graduate programme in Operations, Marketing, Finance or any of our functions, grads can expect a fast-paced, exciting journey that will stretch and test them. The ultimate aim is for them to be propelled into a management role within 12 months.
