Fortune favours RAI in best workplaces list

RAI was most recently named as one of the top-ranked companies in leading business publication Fortune's ‘2018 Best Workplaces for Manufacturing & Production (BWMP).’ 

This follows RAI’s recent certification as a great workplace for a second successive year by the independent analysts at ‘Great Place to Work’ – Fortune’s research partner on the BWMP survey.

These honours add to a growing list of workplace accolades that RAI company has received over the past two years.

More than 29,000 survey respondents provided input to this year’s BWMP list. Each organisation’s performance was analysed, based on over 50 survey questions anonymously answered by employees.

The previous Great Place to Work certification was also based on extensive ratings provided by employees in anonymous surveys. A summary of these ratings can be found here .

BAT was recognised as a Global Top Employer in 2018 and recently received accreditation as a Top Employer in Africa for a second successive year.
