Our ‘Your Voice’ employee engagement survey gives our people around the world the chance to have their say on how well we are doing on topics including strategy, sustainability, recognition and diversity.

A massive 44,000 employees responded to our 2017 survey, with the results showing that we are performing very well in many areas – often, much better than the norm for large global companies like ours.
